Becki Newton

Becki is the daughter of a Connecticut native. In her teens when she started performing in community productions such as performances for the summer season and in community theater. As she studied European History at Penn, she also did several semesters in Europe. Becki relocated to NYC immediately after graduation in order to pursue Broadway. She has appeared in dozens nationally-telecast commercials, guest-starring and in recurring roles like Cold Case (2003) and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1998), American Dreams (2002) and got Amanda's part on Ugly Betty (2007). She's got a husband named Chris Diamantopoulos and has a brother, who's Matt Newton. Most beautiful women that I've met are not always supermodels. As I'm not equipped, I leave red-carpet and corporate events to the pros. But, I'm no squeamish about taking risks in the realm of beauty. The glamour is fun! There's nothing wrong with being a little fussy, but about looking after your self. I've learned there's nothing wrong with being a bit naughty.
