Anneliese Louise van der Pol is an American born Dutch actor and singer is a Dutch national. Her fame is based on her theatre work and for starring in the role of Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel series That's So Raven and its spin-off Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol is a Dutch base American actress (Female) and a vocalist who is best known for her recurring role in the TV show That's So Raven. Her role was as Heather in the show Kim Possible in 2006. In 2006, she played Heather in Kim Possible. It was the first time that an actress had a voice part. Van der Poli was the voice of Ronnie on The Disney Channel Original Series Shake It Up in 2011. For Walt Disney Records van der Pol is known for recording various songs, including The That's So Raven soundtrack theme. Van der Pol sang with the Disney Channel Circle of Stars on the pop/R&B version of The"Lion King"'s Circle of Life (from The Lion King) and Cinderella A Dream Is a Wish That Your Heart makes ("A Dream Is a Wish made by your heart") to be released as special editions of both films. In 2006, she covered the Disney track Candle on the Water (from Pete's Dragon) for an edition Disneymania. She has recorded a variety of tracks from the show as well as A Change in Me.
